All SAUG members are invited to register for the first meeting in 2021 of the very popular and active Utilities Industry SIG. With continual disruption bringing changes but also opportunities to Utilities, there is an even greater need for members to update their skills and increase their knowledge.
Along with the great learning and networking, this SIG meeting will feature:
- Expert Presentation: Field Service Management (FSM) – a roadmap for Utilities - presented by Dominic Brennan, Senior Utilities Specialist, SAP (USA) & Jon Wilson, Centre of Excellence, SAP Digital Supply Chain
- This session will give a good overview of FSM as well as look at new capabilities, opportunities and the solution roadmap specifically for Utilities
- Expert Presentation: The rapidly changing needs of Customer Experience (CX) for Utilities – presented by Scott Hirst, Vice President SAP Customer Experience, APJ, SAP. Key takeaways:
- The pace of change now facing the Utilities sector is unprecedented growing with pressure to create more compelling customer experiences.
- Challenge of delivering digital experiences in combined regulated/unregulated markets
- Offering new products/services at a lower cost and in an agile way based on changing markets or regulations, or changing consumer behaviours
- Roundtable discussions – facilitated by Utilities SIG Lead, David Shields, TasNetworks: Join in the discussion, learn and share your experiences on anything that interest you including:
